Mission Statement

The purpose of Corn Stock For Kids shall be to provide educational and rewarding experiences for young people in all aspects of theatre. It is our desire to instruct beginning, intermediate, and advanced theatre at a higher level of quality through workshops and at least one full-length show per year. We wish to promote self confidence, friendship, and the importance of volunteerism in our community. The Corn Stock For Kids committee believes young people are vital to the future success of Corn Stock Theatre. It is our mission to ensure that these children have positive, meaningful experiences, and remain involved as future technicians, patrons, and performers of Corn Stock Theatre.

2008 Summer Workshop  
A wonderful three-day workshop that covers all aspects of theatre.
It is open to young people ages 7-18. Brochure/registration forms will be available at CST office in May of 2008.

The workshop is scheduled for July 21 through 23, with a performance on the evening of the 23rd.  This year, because of the large amount of interest,  the workshop will be divided into two sessions.  You may either attend the morning session from 9 AM to 12 PM or the afternoon session from 1 PM to 4 PM.  The cost is still pending.  

We are also still looking for more instructors.
